The US Department of Labor (DOL) has issued final regulations to the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). Among other things, these changes extend USERRA protection to certain members of the National Disaster Medical System (NDMS), as well as require employers to post a revised poster.
