For most employers, February 1st is the time to post the annual summary of occupational injuries and illnesses.
Under OSHA record keeping requirements, most companies must create an annual summary of injuries and illnesses recorded for the past year. This summary (on the separate form OSHA 300A), must be certified for accuracy by a company executive and posted by February 1st and remain in place for three months (April 30th).
The OSHA logs can be accessed from the OSHA Website in either Adobe PDF or Microsoft Excel formats.
