The NJ Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA), also known as NJ’s Whistleblower law, requires employers with 10 or more employees annually distribute notice of the law to their employees. Additionally, the notice should be posted in the workplace. In October 2019, the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development released a revised version of the notice with substantive changes. Employers should ensure this latest version is posted and distributed. Access notice here.
