EEOC Publishes New Mandatory Employment Poster

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has published a "Know Your Rights" workplace poster that updates and replaces its previous "EEO is the Law" poster.

Covered employers, those with 15 or more employees, must prominently display the poster in a conspicuous location in the workplace, visible to both applicants and employees.
