The NJ Division on Civil Rights (DCR), the agency responsible for enforcing NJ’s Family Leave Act (NJFLA), has created a comprehensive guidance document to clarify the job protections afforded by the NJFLA. The guidance comes in the form of FAQ’s and its purpose is to clarify and explain DCR’s understanding of existing legal requirements to facility compliance with the NJFLA.
