Contractors Required to Report Pay Data to Labor Department

Effective immediately, any employer, regardless of location, who enters into a contract with a New Jersey public body to provide services or public work must file a report with the N.J. Department of Labor and Workforce Development regarding compensation, hours worked, job/occupational category, job title, gender, race, and ethnicity of employees. More here.
