In last year’s EANJ Talent Management Survey, employer-members said that they need help improving internal training to retain skilled workers and develop opportunity tracks. This exclusive 4-day Train the Trainer course will provide managers/trainers/mentors with practical hands-on tools to communicate and train more effectively.
Based on the world class German Gold Standard of training workers (Ausbildung der Ausbilder), this training is used in 35 counties and is now offered exclusively to EANJ members with the German American Chamber of Commerce.
Three days of coursework and exam on the fourth day provided by acclaimed trainers from the Industry Consortium for Advanced Technical Training (ICATT).
Suitable for any employer with critical talent management needs, including nonprofits.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Supervisors and any leader who is responsible for teaching workers or other staff on a regular basis.
Upon successful completion participants receive a certification as an internationally-approved trainer.
