Managers are the cornerstone of every successful business. They not only lead teams but also shape workplace culture and drive organizational goals. To thrive in 2025, managers must be equipped with the skills and mindset needed to succeed. EANJ Manager Academy is designed to do just that—empower managers with tools, knowledge, and strategies to enhance their leadership capabilities and create meaningful impact.
Through high-impact, engaging learning experiences combined with self-directed online resources, participants gain actionable insights they can immediately apply to improve both their own and their team’s performance. EANJ has partnered with the team at Thrive to bring you this customized program built to foster growth, inspire confidence, and elevate managerial effectiveness.
Course Design
The Manager Academy consists of three thoughtfully designed courses, each targeting critical competencies essential for modern managers. Each course is four weeks long and each session builds upon the last, allowing participants to deepen their understanding and progressively develop the skills they need to thrive. A key feature of the program is the cohort-based structure, where managers from diverse companies and industries come together to share insights, exchange best practices, and learn from one another's experiences.
By the end of the program, participants will not only have a comprehensive toolkit to lead with confidence, inspire their teams, and achieve organizational success but also a network of peers to support their ongoing growth.

This is a 12-week program broken into three courses. Managers are asked to dedicate 30 minutes per week to asynchronous learning focused on topics that can be put into practice immediately within their workplaces, attend a 90-minute interactive “collab-labs” per course, and join us for an in-person kick off to meet instructors and those in your cohort.
