As the coronavirus pandemic has caused a near catastrophic economic calamity, New Jersey’s challenges are more acute than ever.

Most private sector workers in New Jersey are employed by a small business and most of the workers employed by these small businesses have no employer-sponsored retirement savings.

As business picks up, the prospect of new hiring looms.  And promoting valued workers to supervisors is a distinct possibility.
